Have you Seen a Thor Ad?

Disney spent $1 million on Advertising in the beginning of September, starting the campaign off slowly. Once late September and early October hit the campaign was pushed to audiences all over the world with a budget starting at $1 million and ending at just under $4 million in early October. The campaign started over 2 months before the movie was released. The budget was mostly spent on 4 ads. Below is one of the 4 ads.  Walt Disney has been preparing for the release of Thor by releasing 27 national commercials. Thor will hit theaters in the UK on October 24 and will hit the US theaters on November 2nd. Thor cost Disney $180 million to produce and opening weekend sales are projects to hit $100-$110 million. Who's really benefiting?: Amazon and Kohl's

Amazon and Kohl's partnering?!? A brilliant partnership or a hindering Amazon's reputation? Amazon plans to " open connected home showrooms in 10 stores in the Los Angeles and Chicago markets. "  These showrooms will be staffed by Amazon associates and will give the consumer a Smart Home Experience. Devices such as Echo and Kindles will be sold in these showrooms. Kohl's will also be processing returns for Amazon on current items. Kohl's may be carrying the weight here but Kohl's foot traffic will increase which will potentially increase sales. Both Amazon and Kohl's are benefiting from what the other has. Amazon gains physical store space and Kohl's gains traffic. Legit or Scam?

Hey ladies, I know we have all been shopping online for a specific item, let's say a new bathing suit for the summer season and an ad pops up for a super trendy and cheap bathing suit. You automatically head to the website purchase your bathing suit and maybe get a cute t-shirt or bathing suit cover up because it's also cheap enough to justify the purchase. You patiently await for your order to arrive on your front door and then DING DONG... the shirt looks like it is a child's medium and the bathing suit has enough fabric to cover one bum cheek. Well at least the top of the bathing suit fits, so you wear that to the first pool party of the season and everyone loves. When you do your laundry that next week you pull the top out of the dryer and there are 100 pills and the bathing suit looks like it's been shrunken enough to match the bottoms. We say to ourselves "at least is was cheap" or "you get what you pay for" to make ourselves feel better. ...
